Rye straw side table - Handcrafted

I wanted to create a colorful and cheerful piece that brightens up your interior and gives a pop touch with this side table in a gradient of rye straw from black to salmon pink.

To create this side table/bedside table, I built a wooden cylinder which I then covered with straw marquetry in a herringbone pattern with a gradient of vibrant, eye-catching colors. Guaranteed to create a striking effect. The top is made of ochre waxed concrete with a two-component satin varnish finish (providing optimal protection against wear and tear, similar to kitchen countertops).
