This large stoneware vase is fired at 1250°, which gives it a perfect seal. Its crown is decorated with a porcelain slip, then enameled with a matte white enamel and a mixture of colored enamels.
Its dimensions are 31 cm high, 30 cm at its largest diameter and 14 cm for the diameter of its opening.
it can easily contain large armfuls of flowers or simple branches, giving it a charming Japanese look.
My pieces are all shaped by hand, patiently, over several days, with coil and pinch. They dry for at least fifteen days before cooking in my oven.
