Description
Signed original work
Let yourself be enchanted by the depth of this original tondo, a piece where the finesse of the line meets the texture of time. This captivating portrait, created on a circular wooden support 15 cm in diameter, explores the fragile balance between melancholy and light.
Technique and Material
The artist plays with layering media to create a work rich in contrast:
The line: Precise work using ballpoint pen and ink, the vibrancy of which brings the facial expression to life.
The light: Touches of genuine gold illuminate the composition, offering precious reflections that evolve with the lighting.
The background: A subtle interplay of collages on wood, using fragments of antique texts, which anchors the subject in a mysterious narrative.
Presentation
The work is carefully presented on high-quality art paper, emphasizing its precious and authentic nature.
Note to collectors: This work is sold unframed. However, its standard size and mounting on art paper make framing extremely simple: it will fit perfectly into a standard store-bought frame, leaving you free to choose the style (natural wood, minimalist black, or gold) to match your interior.
