This small abstract format is an exploration of matter and color, entitled "Firsts".

I worked by layering mixed media techniques (acrylic, ink, and possibly watercolor) on a base of collages of old texts , whose typography subtly shows through, anchoring the abstraction in a hidden narrative.

The dominant colors are deep blues and luminous greens , evoking nature and the evolution of matter. The texture is rich, reminiscent of fragments of lichen or moss mingling with words, creating a microscopic landscape. Touches of gold dot the surface, illuminating the composition like bursts of light or buried treasures.

This work, although abstract, invites introspection, a "first" look at a world of sensations.

About the Work:
