The story of the birth of this new series, Free Matters:
In Marrakech, I found scraps of discarded leather, as if waiting for a second life. I collected them to rescue them from oblivion. In my workshop, they mingled with colors and shapes.
Through geometric shapes inspired by the female body, each work leaves room for individual interpretation. The warm and radiant colors envelop these leather fragments, which I painted with gold paint, my signature technique.
Matières Libres is an ode to freedom, transformation, and renewal.
