Refund policy

On Mirette, you buy directly from partner artists and artisans. Their own conditions therefore apply during a sale. We invite you to consult the general conditions of sale indicated on the page of each artist. The french law, however, imposes a legal withdrawal period of at least 14 days. No artist will be able to propose a lower deadline.

Also consult our Exchanges and Returns Procedure. Once receipt of the returned product has been validated by the artist or craftsman, you will receive your refund within the following 30 days, on the payment method used when ordering.
