Raku ceramic box - Handcrafted
A sculptural piece with a bold aesthetic, combining sensual forms and daring textures.
This raku ceramic box, with its organic shapes representing infinity, is decorated with rows of black studs reminiscent of S&M. It offers a unique design, both sensual and radical, that attracts the eye and sparks curiosity. This distinctive object, both useful and decorative, was born from the fusion of my artisanal mastery and a free spirit.
**Manufacturing:**
- Thrown on a potter's wheel in a special raku clay and pebbles shaped with a pear-shaped tool.
- First baking in an electric oven.
- Brush glazing.
- Second firing outdoors, in my gas kiln dedicated to Raku, removed from the kiln at 980°C.
- Smoking in wood shavings to reveal cracks in the glaze.
- Final cleaning of the soot to reveal the work of the fire.
- Each piece is unique.
**Materials used:**
- High-quality special raku clay
- Lead-free glazes specially chosen for raku.
**Delivery:**
- Delivered carefully packaged to ensure its safety during transport.
- Packaging is mostly eco-friendly, most often made with recycled cardboard, newspaper and bubble wrap is mainly made from recycled packaging.

Precautions for optimal use:
- Because raku is porous, I advise against using this box for food. If you still wish to store food, keep it in a plastic bag, then place the bag directly into the box.
At the crossroads of sensuality and fetishism, this box does more than simply contain: it embodies... It evokes both softness and roughness. Between rebellious spirit and inner strength, it embodies that rare beauty that can only be discovered by taking the time to observe it.
All the pieces available here are made by me with love and passion in my workshop in Hossegor (in the southwest of France).
